example
of TLI results
The
TLI report consists of three sets of results:
1. A 'Feedback Score' (average of manager + peers + direct reports) is compared to the 'Self' score for each of the 11 competencies.
Further, the feedback score is compared to a TLI Average score that is derived from the extensive data-base of all managers who have participated in the TLI.
2. A mini-graph for each of the 55 questions,
which indicates the spread of scores from all respondents (shows self, manager, peer and direct report scores for each question, without identifying the respondents).
A TLI Average score is also included which gives the leader a point of comparison on every question compared to everyone else who has ever done the TLI.
A third page of results then ranks all individual scores from highest to lowest.
3. A Feedback Activity containing the written comments (on the client's selected
questions) from all respondents.
