Dr Kevin Griffiths, Ed D; MA; BA (Hons); Dip Phys Ed; Dip T is the Managing Director of KRG Consultants. Kevin has run his own successful consulting business since 1988. His honours degree is from the University of Adelaide. The masters and doctorate degrees are from the University of Western Michigan where he was a Mott Fellow working in the Centre for Leadership. His doctorate was gained working within the faculties of business, psychology, communication and leadership. As part of his course visits were made to numerous US businesses with an internship at Kellogg's world headquarters.

Much of Dr Griffiths' work centres on planning and performance improvement, leadership and teams. A sporting background includes playing Australian Rules at the highest level, captaining and coaching premiership football teams, and captaining and coaching a Grade cricket team for five years. Together with individual achievements as an All Australian Amateur footballer on three occasions and the inaugural winner of the Bradman Medal in Adelaide grade cricket contributes to a background well grounded in successful leadership and team environments.

Dr Griffiths has delivered papers to the American Society of Training and Development's International Conference (Washington) and to the Australian Human Resources Institute's National Conference (Sydney). As is detailed on this web page he has created several instruments (with related books) and has in 1998, co-written and co-presented the 'Creating High Performance Workplace', six video series in collaboration with Seven Dimensions.

Dr Griffiths travels widely on assignments and has undertaken assignments in London (Mobil and FCT International), Philadelphia (FCT); Los Angeles (Qantas); Singapore (Royal & SunAlliance Insurance) and Auckland (K-Mart). An extensive Australian client base sees him travelling widely throughout Australia.
