 A video series comprising six videos demonstrating key factors
in creating the high performance workplace - major case studies
of Mobil and Centrelink (released 1999)
Following the consulting work carried out by Dr Griffiths at
the Yarraville Lubricants terminal of Mobil Oil, a paper was
developed
and delivered to both the Aust Human Resource Institute's national
conference in Sydney and to the American Society of Training & Development's
international conference and exposition in Washington DC. Incorporating
the Centrelink change experience (a new Federal Govt. Agency created
by pulling together many strands of the previous Dept of Social
Security) with that of Yarraville has seen the creation of this
video series. Dr Griffiths has worked closely with Eve Ash of SEVEN
DIMENSIONS to produce this series. An extensive, 85 page work book
allows facilitators to work through each of the six factors using
participatory exercises - very comprehensive!
