KRG
develops leadership instruments for organisations and markets his
own products.
Three
KRG created 360 (multi-rater) instruments, the ELI, ILP and TLI, are
used widely throughout Australia and have databases of 10,000 plus.
A large number of consulting firms use both instruments throughout
Australia.
Each
instrument is accompanied by a book that is used to analyse results
and as an ongoing leadership resource guide.
Three
sets of quantitative results are presented for each leader receiving
feedback together with extensive written comments (Feedback Activity)
provided by respondents to specific questions that can be tailored
to meet client needs.
The Executive Leader Index (ELI) and The Executive©
utilises eleven competencies associated with executives who lead organisations and business units effectively.
The
Team Leader Index (TLI) and The Art of Leading a Team©
utilises eleven competencies associated with people who lead teams
effectively.
The
Index of Leadership Performance (ILP) and nav-i-ga-tor© utilises
eleven actions and practices associated with the effective
leader and a twelfth scale on job satisfaction.
