krg consultants privacy statement

This privacy statement sets out the KRG Consultants policy in relation to the privacy of personal information in dealing with KRG and its web-site.

Data automatically collected
When you visit the KRG web-site no details are automatically recorded. In the instance of accessing a questionnaire/survey housed on the web-site so that scoring/comments can be provided for an organisation’s or individual’s feedback, email addresses of respondents are not recorded, nor is the date and time of access. This is done to maintain the confidentiality of each person providing feedback. Data is only used to provide feedback to identified recipients and to add to databases for benchmarking purposes. Hence, no statistics of visitation or source are collected by KRG.

Questionnaires/surveys housed on the KRG web-site
Each questionnaire/survey housed on the KRG web-site has its own url and is password protected. There are no links between the main web-site and these independent urls so they cannot be accessed by anyone other than those intended. The participants receiving feedback have no access to the raw scores so are not at any time able to identify the individual scores given to them by those providing feedback.

Collection of personal information
KRG Consultants will only record an email address if an email is sent to us. It will only be used to send a reply if necessary and will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent. KRG Consultants will not pass on your details to third parties without your express consent.

Freedom of Information
People can apply to access any personal information they may have previously provided to KRG Consultants in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1991.

Privacy guidelines
This privacy statement will be constantly reviewed in line with the ongoing development of instruments/surveys as they relate to the KRG web-site.
